It's been a few years since I've been in the coffee game properly and after opening my own coffee shop and enjoying the freedom of choosing my own roaster and recipes.
This doesn't happen at some of coffee shops I go to unless they're specialty coffee so from what I know about the roasting and brewing process leads me to believe this is a product of using fresher coffee closer to the roast date than you might find some other places
