this Italian egg dish is not your
average breakfast this is called a wovo
in purgatorio or eggs in purgatory you
start by combining a yellow onion Chili
Peppers and basil in a pan with some
extra virgin olive oil then start
roasting a few bell peppers until
they’re nice and charred pour some
quality tomato puree into your pan and
toss in a Pano regano rind take a snack
break while you let it simmer next roll
up some of the green stuff chop it and
combine it with garlic Thyme and your
roasted Peppers top with some olive oil
balsamic salt and pepper add a few
Scoops to your pan Stir It Up then drop
three eggs into your bright red sauce
cover it and let it simmer for a few
minutes finish with some more of your
pepper and Herb mix and fresh grated
parano these eggs may be in hell but
you’ll be in heaven when you’re eating
them that is so good I could eat that
every single day

Italian Food is the best! If I had to choice a region of food to eat for the rest of my life it would definitely be Italian.

This is Scilian which is very similar to North African which is where shasucka is from
