I’m trying to recreate this recipe: https://www.hellofresh.com/recipes/eggplant-and-sun-dried-tomato-pasta-54e497946ced6e484a8b456b
And it says: 1 can of diced tomatoes.
Anyone knows what “1 can” means?
Thank you! 🙏 😊

Probably 1 standard can of diced tomatoes. My regular grocery store (U) is showing a standard can at 14.5 ounces. You don’t have to be exact
14.5 ounces
I would just get a large can and add a little at a time until it looks right. When I duplicate their recipes I don’t always follow exactly but use the recipe as a starting point.
