Today my box arrived with 2 of the meat packages leaked out over all the cold items. Customer service then told me the best they could do was give me a $24.98 credit even though 2/4 of my meals were now garbage. Is this typical of them? $24.98 isn’t even a quarter of what I paid for the box.

  1. If it’s a $25 refund that’s ok, but credits are useless with promotions.

    It’s not typical of the support I’ve received. My last box was missing the free breakfast item (first issue I’ve had) and they credited me the $5.99 (even though I didn’t pay anything for it) plus an extra $15 for my trouble. I’ve also never had a meat item leak, although I can see how that would be a bummer. Maybe this was just an anomaly?🤞🏻

  3. Is this due to the packing or the fault of the shipping company? ‘ve had boxes that were obviously bounced and thrown around hard enough that bags inside were damaged.

    Not surprised. I had a packet of meat leak all over my box last week and had to throw the entire thing out and they only offered a 26$ credit. I proceeded to ask to speak to a manager , and then said manager offered an extra 25$. So a total of 51$ , half of which i had to make stink about to receive and is still not even half of what I paid for one box 🫠

  5. I’ve just had 2 weeks of boxes with leaking meat!
