Yeah… don’t hinge your deficit on relying on this sort of minute detail. We all digest things differently, so just take the nutrition facts as what you’ll absorb. If you end up absorbing less, then great. With the amount of variability in these tests, just go by what’s stated on the label

This is actually true of lots of whole foods and one of the reasons it’s better to eat whole foods than concentrates like protein powder and bread or Tortillas with a bunch of fiber isolates as a base.
But as others have said, I wouldn’t build my deficit around this.
