Looking amazing! I’m a barista too! The thing that helped me get a good swan was mastering a Rosetta first. Once you can do that than learning swan will be easier! Definitely watch your milk texture. But apart from that! You are doing great! Be proud of this now because you’ll look back in a few weeks after practising and be amazed!
