This is my first cooking video. I wanted to share this quick and delicious recipe with you all

hey everybody thanks for stopping by today what i want to try for you guys are reuben egg rolls basically is all the classic ingredients of a reuben sandwich wrapped in deep fried so my ingredients are caraway seeds and that’s going to bring out the rye flavor of the bread a half a pound of corned beef a quarter pound of swiss cheese a few egg roll wraps and store-bought sauerkraut now one thing to note about the store-bought sauerkraut is you want to try to remove as much of the moisture as possible before you wrap them babies up and deep fry them because moisture and hot oil does not mix well so now what i want to do is give a rough dice to the corned beef you get the idea and basically do the same thing with the cheese so now that all my ingredients are prepped i’m just going to mix them all together in this bowl you can use a spoon or you could do it by hand whichever way makes you happy so basically i usually use water as the glue for the egg roll wraps some people like to use egg wash and uh next time i’ll use a brush okay but basically we’re just gonna brush the sides with the water and then take a spoonful of the mixture and roll it now what i’m gonna do is preheat my electric fryer to 375 degrees you can use a regular pot with some oil if you have a thermostat just set the temperature to 375 degrees all right so now i’m starting loading these up i try not to crowd the fryer i probably put about five in i could squeeze six in but i like to do five for this test once that’s good to go you fry those puppies off for about four to five minutes and you end up with something similar to this oh yeah buddy that’s golden deliciousness right there and let you hear the crunch test and man are they good thanks for watching everybody
