Forgot to pick up some hot sauce on my grocery store trip… didn’t want to make a trip back to the grocery store… so walked to the 1 isle African grocery store right by me.

Glad I did. Akabanga oil is delicious, and has that lingering, building, spice that I’m sure a lot of us love. Made an egg and cheese sandwich with the stuff, and am left in a place of spicy bliss. Grab it if you get the chance!

You can get it from Amazon. It’s awesome. Good bite with some fruity overtones. I found this on a visit to Rwanda, where it is made by a family business. It was on every table in many restaurants.

Agreed it’s very good. Discovered it when I was visiting Rwanda a few years back, great for adding a kick to soups!

Bruh, if you know you know. One of the best condiments. Looks unassuming but is criminally underrated and needs more of a spotlight.
