Just broccoli almond milk water and spices (didn't count spices). Not the cutest but hey 🥦 spice to taste (ie:salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, cumin, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, etc)

    You could add fresh garlic, celery, and carrots etc. 2 cups is a good serving so it could be ~100 cal per serving. Lol I accidentally logged the vanilla almond milk (of course I used regular 🤣)

    I would add nutritional yeast too! Sounds yum.

    i would do something similar but cauliflower, onion, garlic, chicken broth, and then i’d partially blend it so it was chunky and creamy. as like 40-50 cals per serving and there would be 5+ servings of 1.5 cups.
