I am beyond lucky. I live right across from an independent grocery store that sells cheap,but very very tasty freshly baked sourdough. At least I think it's sourdough.

The mozerella has to be a low moisture cheese with no brine.

I use Boars Head Spicy Sopp. It has a very subtle spiciness with more sour, tangy, and salty flavors.i don't know if the meat is sour or tangy.

The ginger are small chopped up slivers.

I put in air fryer for 400 at 4 minutes.
