Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Creamy Custard:
-Olper’s Milk 3 Cups
-Sugar 5 tbs or to taste
-Custard powder vanilla flavor 6 tbs
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Olper’s Cream ¾ Cup (room temperature)
Prepare Samosa Cannoli/Rolls:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Water 1-2 tbs
-Samosa sheets as required
-Cooking oil for frying
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 2 tbs
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) 1 tbs
-Chocolate ganache
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced

Directions:
Prepare Creamy Custard:
-In a saucepan,add milk,sugar,custard powder,vanilla essence,cream & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame & cook on low flame until it thickens while whisking continuously.
-Transfer to a bowl & let it cool while whisking.
-Cover the surface with cling film & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
-Remove cling film,whisk well until it’s smooth & transfer to a piping bag.
Prepare Samosa Cannoli/Rolls:
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,water & mix well.Flour slurry is ready.
-Wrap aluminum foil on 2 cm thick rolling pin.
-Fold samosa sheet on aluminum foil & seal the ends with flour slurry then carefully remove rolling pin from aluminum foil.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry samosa rolls along with aluminum foil on low flame until golden & crispy.
-In a dish,add caster sugar,cinnamon powder & mix well.
-Carefully remove aluminum foil from rolls & coat with cinnamon sugar.
-Pipe out prepared creamy custard in the cinnamon sugar-coated samosa rolls.
-Drizzle chocolate ganache,garnish with pistachios & serve (makes 17-18).

-Cling film sa surface ko cover ker lein aur 30 minutes kliya refrigerate ker lein.
-Cling film remove ker lein,smooth ho janay tak ache tarhan whisk karein & piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
Prepare Samosa Cannoli/Rolls:
-Bowl mein maida aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Flour slurry tayyar hai.
-2 cm thick rolling pin ko aluminum foil mein wrap ker lein.
-Samosa sheet ko aluminum foil mein fold ker lein aur edges ko flour slurry laga ker seal ker lein phir rolling pin ko carefully remove ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur samosa rolls ko aluminum foil ka saath halki ancch pe golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Dish mein bareek cheeni aur darchini powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Aluminum foil ko carefully remove ker lein aur cinnamon sugar sa coat ker lein.
-Tayyar creamy custard ko cinnamon sugar-coated samosa rolls mein bhar dein.
-Chocolate ganache drizzle ker lein aur pista sa garnish ker ka serve karein (makes 17-18).

  1. I am a big fan of you. Please do mention that the particular recipe is served hot or cold? I tried the samosa Patti rolls and had following problems.
    Didn't remove foil while they were hot so it was a bit difto reove. And didn't know how to serve them. But when I ate the leftover next day from fridge found out that it was even tastier than serving at room.temperature.
    Just a feedback by moms who have no time.
