Ingredients
Chickpea: 1 Cup
Olive Oil: 1/4 Cup
White Sesame Seeds: 1/4 Cup
Green Chili: 1((optional)
Red Onion: 1 finely chopped
Tomato: 1 finely chopped
Cucumber: 1/2 Chopped as Larger Chunks
Cilantro: finely chopped
Cumin/Jeera powder: 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp
Salt, Honey: to taste
Method:
Blend roasted sesame seeds and olive oil. This is Tahini. Toss all the above ingredients as per taste on the boiled salted chickpeas for a tasty salad !!
