It's not too much of a difference calorie-wise and improves the texture and taste a lot! Breakfast today using pumpkin spice sugar-free coffee mate, maple extract, pumpkin spice, egg substitute, low-carb bread, and butter PAM for 258 calories. Topped with light butter, powdered allulose/monkfruit blend, and All-u-lose maple flavored syrup. I like to switch up the creamer flavor but pumpkin spice and hazelnut have been my go-to's!
