First time grower. Fertilized last week. Plants seem to be doing very well. I have fruit starting to sprout and flowers popping up everywhere. Do I need to trim all the other stems/shoots and leave only the ones with flowers/fruit? Or do I just let them grow freely? White bucket is cherry tomato. Red is beefsteak tomato. Beefsteak is a little behind. I got the cherry tomato planted long before the beefsteak.

Those varieties will be 8 feet tall by the end of the season lol. Yes trim all the suckers and leave one or two main stems. Also try to keep the grass/weeds down as some can harbor disease and/or pests.
I generally recommend that new tomato growers limit their pruning to removing leaves/branches that either look bad (and therefore are potentially suffering from disease) or are so low that they could be splashed with soil during watering or rain (which can spread disease). Depending on your situation, more aggressive pruning can be helpful, but for your first time growing there’s no need to stress over it.
Those plants look great! Good luck!
