I get this every time that it’s available because it’s that good! This is the first time that they turned out this well. I use an ice cream scoop to measure the fritters, and I gently press the batter into a ball. I carefully place them in the hot oil, and once the bottom of it has partially cooked, I’d gently press down on them so they’re not as thick. They cook much better when they’re a little bit flatter.

Just because they say it’s a “Hard” recipe doesn’t mean that it’s not worth the effort. I wanted there to be more of it after I ate!
