    Yummy, I’ve done this but use egg whites instead of olive oil to get the crumbs to stick. I also love to mix shredded chicken with Rotel and stuff the zuchini with it then bake . Great dinner and feels fancy

    I would use olive oil spray and save more calories. I am going to try tomorrow-yum
