
Would be a 10 if the recipe wasn’t so wonky lol. I thought it was silly to preheat the oven and use a separate pan for the bake, so I made the “sauce” in a large stainless steel pan and then transferred the pasta to it, topped with the Monterrey Jack and tossed it under the broiler on low for a few minutes.
Definitely needed some hot sauce on top, and then it was perfect!
