Seeing as how much y’all loved my matcha oat abomination, I present to you something more palatable: overnight choc peanut weetbix with 36g of protein

    I wrote out the recipe but it looks like it has disappeared 😭

    425 calories (YCMV depending on what Greek yoghurt, milk and protein powder you use)

    Base:

    2 Weetbix uh bricks? Biscuits? 2 individual Weetbix things…you know what I mean

    80ml soy milk (I used So Good Light Soy)

    Filling:

    150g Greek yoghurt (I used plain light Chobani)
    15g protein powder in choc peanut (I use Bulk Nutrients WPI. Will look at increasing this to 20-25g as I’d like a stronger flavour

    Topping:

    4 squares of Cadbury dairy milk, melted and drizzled over the top (ignore the condensation, I melted, drizzled and whacked it in the fridge so I could go to bed asap)

    Looking forward to trying this with salted caramel protein powder with a Biscoff layer
