-10g powdered peanut butter
-3g vanilla whey protein
-6g pure maple syrup
-2 tsp water
Waffle:
-31g Kodiak protein pancake & waffle mix
-1 egg
-60g greek yogurt
-60g frozen blueberries.
Topped with protein syrup and 9g walnuts.
Tasted like something you would get at a restaurant but for half the cals 😍
