    Sourdough English muffin (120,4) 3 oz of deli turkey (90,19) 50g avocado (80,1) mustard (0,0) and a Quest bar (150,18). So satisfying and delicious!

    I love quest bars🥰the cookies and cream one is amazing! I love the cookie dough one too. A little hack i like to do is heat them up for 10-15 seconds in the microwave. It makes them taste better imo! Looks like a great lunch!
