hi guys today on divas can cook I’m going to show you how to make these creamy spicy deviled eggs these bad boys pack some heat but they are so good and flavorful and of course easy to make let’s go alright first thing we’re gonna do is make some easy peel hard-boiled eggs I’m going to add some salted water into my pots and then we’re going to add about maybe like four tablespoons of distilled vinegar dump that right on in and when the water begins to heat up just a little bit we’re going to gently lower our eggs into the water and you guys these eggs are so easy to peel the peeling just slips right off you know I cannot stand peeling an egg when the peeling won’t come off it’s so frustrating to me okay so when the water starts come into a nice rolling boil we’re going to time it and we’re gonna boil it for about two minutes two to three minutes okay and that is it after that take it off the heat put that lid on and do not touch it until after 15 minutes promise me okay don’t you lift that lid on it all right so after the 15 minutes are up we’re gonna add them place our eggs into our icy icy cold water we’re gonna shuck them a little bit all right that looks good just like that let them sit in that water for maybe like ten minutes or so I guess it’ll work ten minutes after ten minutes go ahead and crack it I like to hit both ends on the counter and then just gently very gently roll it and that peel will just slip right off it’s like magic I love it love it so much so easy sometimes you can get it to come up with like all one piece that’s really fun and a very satisfying experience okay there’s our beautiful smooth eggs ready for our deviled eggs perfect so I’m going to start by just slicing these eggs lick wise there is the yolk nice and yellow actually overcook these just a little bit because there’s like a slight little greatness to the yolk just a you know a little slight one but yeah I’ll take this ain’t worried about it all right so I’m gonna slice it down lengthwise and just pluck my yolks into a bowl just like that and then we’re gonna get my fork and just kind of mash everything up until it resembles fine little crumbs like this right here okay that looks perfect thanks for adding some mayonnaise you already know what kind I’m using homemade I’m bread I’m using dukes here you can use spicy mayo if you want it really spicy okay I can’t I can’t fool the spicy mayonnaise all right now I’m gonna add in some Dijon some Dijon mustard all right go ahead and just stir that in there you want to make sure that everything is well combined and this tastes so much better the next day oh my gosh you can do that make it the day before next I’m gonna add in some sweet relish and you will appreciate that sweet relish with all this ice cygnets and pepperiness in these double eggs okay so don’t leave that part out okay so next we’re going to add a little bit of hot sauce I like a lot of hot sauce use your favorite brand whatever brand you like that’s the ring you know you should use okay and when you’re making these deviled eggs or any deviled eggs for that matter be sure to taste it a lot add a little bit taste it add some more tasty because that’s really what a good double egg recipes all right now I have some Cajun seasoning on it make sure you salt free okay we don’t need more salt in these stuff extra salty enough with the mustard and stuff and I’m losing my voice all right so now we’re going to add in some black pepper that black pepper went in there and then I’m going to add in a little bit of what is that garlic powder okay add some garlic powder and they were going to add just a nice generous pinch of onion powder just elbow flavor to it you know go ahead and just stir that right on up get everything mixed in just like that I’m just looking good put it in a piping bag to make a look all purty and stuff and then just go ahead and pipe it right into your eggs and that is it you guys really yummy spicy peppery bit salty devil eggs you guys are gonna love this one now to garnish and hang this stuff right here my favorite spice ever smoked paprika oh my gosh my gosh it’s so good gonna get some smoked paprika and just kind of you know sprinkle it on those eggs make it look all cute and stuff and then I also like to finish them off with a little bit of dill weed which also tastes amazing on deviled eggs by the way and that is pretty much it you guys okay yummy yummy spicy deviled eggs is it an egg so creamy spicy and delicious I hope you guys enjoyed this video don’t forget new videos every Thursday and Sunday at 8 o’clock later

  8. Awesome! Been making this way for years, thought I was the only one! You can even simplify this by leaving out the pickles/relish and even leave out the pepper/garlic/etc, they still taste terrific. Good call on adding the hot sauce slowly and taste testing often, you can easily drown out the egg flavor with too much sauce,and one last thing, GREAT call with the smoked paprika sprinkle too. It just adds that last little kick. Once you make these , your friends and family will never want "regular" deviled eggs again!
