Fruits are naturally low in fat, sodium and calories. Fruits have many essential nutrients that are under consumed in our daily diet. This could be your one of five a day to get your folate, potassium, Vitamin C and dietary fibres.

This is easy, yummy and quick to make Fruit Salad Recipe. My kids really love it. Do try it out and let me know.

Ingredients:

Oranges = 5 Oranges

Powdered Sugar = Two Tablespoon – Use according to your taste

Banana = One Sliced

I used 250ml baking cup for measuring Fruits, but there is no right or wrong way, use ingredients as per your liking.

Grapes = ½ Cup Chopped

Pineapple = ½ Cup Chopped

Apple = One Small Apple Chopped

Kiwis = Two chopped

Blueberry = ½ Cup

Raspberry = ½ Cup

Strawberry = 5 Pieces Chopped

Raisin = One Tablespoon seedless

hi everyone today I’m going to make fruit chart or fruit salad in orange juice for this you will need some fresh fruit I’ve taken five oranges here and this food that you can see here you can use any fruit of your choice or whatever is in the season so I’ve already squeezed my oranges into this bowl and I would recommend not to use shortboard juice because that will not taste as nicer as the fresh oranges so in this juice I’m going to add in two tablespoons of sugar you can change the amount of sugar by adding more or less sugar as per your taste and then mix it really well so sugar gets dissolved into the juice stores I’m going to add in one banana that I’ve already sliced and then I’m going to use the rest of the food that you can see here so here I’ve got half a cup of grapes half a cup of pineapple one apple two Kiwis half a cup of blueberry half a cup of raspberry and around five strawberries mix this route really well and one tablespoon of raisins which is completely optional you can add in a couple of pinches of chaat masala if you like a bit spicy that also tastes really nice to get it extra zing but if you don’t like to leave it and then mix it very well so all the fruit that you’ve got in the bowl gets a nice citrusy coating of orange juice so here’s your food charter food salad ready to be served it’s really refreshing and really yummy do make it and let me know how did you find it I hope you like it the only thing is they said it doesn’t stay fresh for longer so if you can only have it on the day I hope you like it don’t let me know how do you find it bye thank you
