Wash it to get rid of the salt, then soak it in fresh water to rehydrate(may need to change water a few times). After that, you can use it for any recipe that calls for the seaweed.

This looks like packaging for the refrigerated seaweed, i.e. not dehydrated. It can beused to make a sweet and sour seaweed “salad” (미역 무침) that’s pictured on package. One [recipe](https://www.aeriskitchen.com/2009/08/seaweed-side-dish-%EB%AF%B8%EC%97%AD-%EC%B4%88%EB%AC%B4%EC%B9%A8miyeouk-chomuchim/). The package says its salted. Be sure to rinse sufficiently.
