Has anyone grown Marion’s scotch bonnet. It’s supposed to be a scotch bonnet from the Dominican Republic, but looks way gnarlier that any bonnet types I’ve seen

Could be , it turns red This is that larger Red Variant of the MOA Scotch Bonnet. MOA stands for the Ministry of Agriculture in Jamaica. It is not know if this is a true natural variant or if something accidentally crossed into a pure MOA Scotch Bonnet at one time. It has a higher heat than the yellow but still has that fruity Scotch Bonnet flavor. It is very prolific. The Scotch Bonnet MOA Red chile plants grow 3 to 4 feet tall.
