To my mind those are very under-potted but you will get some fruit from them and if that is what you wanted, all is good. Habaneros will thrive in a large bucket full of compost and grow to small bush size and produce a huge amount of fruit if you have the space, warmth and light for them.

they have grown fast! Seeded mine start February and at the moment they only is 10 cm at height.
