[Music] welcome back to my Channel today I’m going to share with you how to do classic Italian pie Tora Deele so sit back and enjoy today’s video the first process is to cut the apples I already have some cut apples for you to show you how it’s going to look like there we go and comment down below if there’s any Italian people watching me you’ll cut one and a half into small cubes and one other half into small slices there you go it should look like these for this step you’re going to take your lemon juice out of your lemon and pour it onto the apples half lemon juice on the sliced apples and half the other lemon juice onto the cubes apples and then put the two bowls into your fridge until you’re going to need them for this step you’re going to need your two eggs and your sugar and pour it into a bigger bowl now the sugar then mix it well with your blender about 5 minutes until it’s frosty and whipped [Music] there you go when it looks Frosty and whipped you’re going to add your melted butter for about 30 seconds or if you need it to be more melted you should add in more and add your zest from one lemon and mix it all together again [Music] now what you’re going to do is you’re going to add your flour which we already added some baking powder in there and we fisted the flour too and you’re going to add 100 m of milk also the ingredients are going to be at the description below or at the end of the video where you can go and check them out and don’t forget to blend it very [Music] well look at this texture if your dough doesn’t look like this you can probably mix it very well again but it should look like this you’re going to take your cubed apples that you cut before pour them in and mix it very well with your spoon there you go when it looks ready there we go I’m going to take your spring form oh there’s still some still left you’re going to put it aside take your spring form covered with butter and also don’t forget to preheat your oven to 350 F or 180 C for this step you’re going to have two options to spread out the butter either with a spatula or with your fingers I’m going to go with ahead with the spatula but if you don’t want to do it with the butter you can take your parment paper and it’s just going to be easier don’t forget to spread out the butter on the sides here too when you buttered your spring form you’re going to add some bread crumbs but if you didn’t do it with the butter and you did it with the parchment paper that’s not going to work you’re going to take your breadcrumbs and just sprinkle them all around the butter this step might be hard for you because you’re going to have to pour down all your dough with apples into the spring form so I’m still going to try but it’s going to be probably a little hard there you go I spit it out the dough and I think we did a little bit a Big Spring form but as you say the bigger the better now what you’re going to do is you’re also going to add the other apple slices that we cut up earlier here are the apple slices now you’re going to place them all around the dough like a circle and I start a little bit because obviously it’s going to take forever so there we go here is your brown sugar that we’re going to add onto our pie I’m going to put some brown sugar on the apples and on the raw dough I put the brown sugar on the apple pie and now it’s time to put it in the oven for about 50 minutes not 1550 it is so looking good but but but but but before eating it you have to let it cool down I’m so excited to try it it is ready and I’m so excited to try it it looks so good we can’t see the apples it’s not raw it’s really cooked very well that is left is to try it it is so delicious I mean next time I could probably use two times the ingredients to make it probably higher but it’s actually really good you should definitely do this at home with your friends family and don’t forget to like subscribe and comment down below other recipes you want us to try bye
