Idk i stumbled upon this sibreddit while making ramen. This is a big step up from what i used to do all my life. I used to just watter seasoning then throw it in the microwave and eat it lol. Its only been a 1 year or so since i started making it more proper.

To tired after work to add egg this time.

Little bit if butter to thicken the broth and some leave stuff i found in my cabinet lol. Normally thered be a poached egg in there too.
