Recipe:
1 cup flour
2 cups Panko bread crumbs/ or regular bread crumbs
2 cups whole milk
2 tsp galic powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
6 thin cut pork steaks
3 cups oil for frying
In 3 different containers, add 1 cup of flour, 2 cups of bread crumbs, 2 cups of whole milk.
In the container with flour, add 1 tsp of garlic, 1 tsp of paprika and 1 tsp of onion powder, mix well.
In the container with the bread crumbs, add 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp of onion powder and 1 tsp salt, mix well.
Heat up the oil for frying, you can use a small pan with 3 cups of oil and bring the temperature up to 350 – 375F or, you can use an fryer ( see instructions for the fryer).
Dip the steaks in the flour first then , the milk and finally in the bread crumbs and, fry them in oil until they pass 165F temperature and they are golden brown on both sides.Lay the steak on paper towel to absorb excess of oil.
Eat the Pork Milanese while still warm accompany by fries, veggies, or whatever you like, they are good even in a sandwich on substitution of lunch meat.

we’re going to start with one cup of flour two cups of pan of bread two cups of whole milk and all these ingredients goes in separate bowls then in the flour we’re going to add 1 teaspoon of garlic paprika and onion powder in the Pano we’re going to put salt paprika garlic and onion powder and then we’re going to mix all the ingredients together here I have about six thin pork steaks which is about a pound and a half and I’m going to dump them first in the flour then in the milk and as a final step in the panco bread it’s time to fry and here I’m using three cups of grape seed oil in a very small Pan the reason why I’m using a small pan is just because it’s much more practical and easy to clean up what I am looking for in a pork Milan steak it’s a nice golden brown very crispy outside layer the temperature of the oil is between 350 to 375 here I’m using a medium high heat the pore meanza is ready when it passes 165 F of temperature after after I am done checking the temperature I lie them on some paper towel to absorb the excess of oil last step I want to show the inside of the steak which is H cooked right um to enhance the flavor of the steak it can be sprinkled some lemon juice on top and it can be accompanied by fries or other size of choice I hope this recipe was helpful thank you so much for watching [Music]
