I have more of the blue Hot Pepper one in my system than blood, love the vinegar! That one is a bit ketchupy for me.

Try get the Jamaican scotch bonnet much hotter then the reaper as the reaper is just flavoured ketchup water

I agree! It’s quite mild (for a reaper sauce) but it’s a perfect thing to use instead of ketchup.

Thanks for reminding me about checking out my local Asian store. I’ve been trying to get in to spicy stuff and I forgot all about we had an Asian store near us.

This is standard stuff in UK supermarkets and makes for a reliable option when your more artisan options run dry
