thank you hi I’m Chef Jordan from Ralph Fusion foods and today we’re going to show you how to do a quick and easy spinach artichoke dip that’s going to save you it’s going to save you some time it’s going to save you some money and ultimately a lot of calories because the way we do it is without pasteurized creams and cheeses so for this recipe you’re going to need to start the base with 3 4 cups of raw cashews in addition to that you’re going to want 3 4 cups of cashew milk cashew milk is really easy to make just use about 3 4 cup of water and a fourth cup of cashews in addition to that there’s going to be one cup of artichoke hearts the best variety for this recipe is probably Frozen artichoke hearts because you can get them anytime in the season and you don’t have to worry about them being too salty or having too much vinegar um for the spices it’s going to be one teaspoon of salt with half a teaspoon of mustard and a half a teaspoon of garlic powder to hide in the flavor we’re gonna do two tablespoons of lemon juice and of course two cups of packed spinach all right and excuse the noise while I start blending 3 4 cups of cashew milk I’m going to go ahead and add my lemon juice and spices right now too all right once we’ve got this smooth and creamy you’re gonna start to add your spinach foreign as you can see we’ve got the great color already we’ve got the thickness and I’m going to add the artichokes last because we don’t want to get them pulverized in there we want to have chunks that you can buy that you can taste so only going to pulse that for a couple of seconds all right and back here we’ll show you the finished product now with this spinach artichoke dip you can top it with black pepper and serve it immediately so for other recipes like this you can check out our ebooks at www.rafffusionfoods.com and stay updated on our YouTube for more recipes and saving the world starts with you

  1. You can also use a food processor! After blending all ingredients, pulse once with spinach, then add artichokes. Give a final few pulses. Enjoy!
