Too much work. Just focus on macros and eating healthy and you’ll be fine. This level of micromanagement is unsustainable.

Please don’t put yourself into over 1000+ calorie deficit.

Healthy gut mircobiomes rely on consuming a variety of different foods, and 1200 doesn’t appear to be an appropriate calorie level for your tdee.
All in all, don’t.

Yep this ain’t sustainable at all. Setting aside the fact that you *will* get bored eating the same thing every day and eventually break, that calorie deficit is far too big. Actually, this looks a lot like disordered behaviour. Speak to your doctor about healthy weight loss, ask if you can be referred to a dietician or whatever the properly accredited equivalent is in your country.

if ur bmr is 1956 u should eat about 1500-1700 calories to loose weight! 1200 is WAAY to less and is dangerous.

You have a huge deficiency you didn’t account for: calories. That is an awfully steep deficit of 1.1k+
It doesn’t matter how much you account for nutrients and hormone function if your body is being underfueled to that extent. Also it seems bad for your mental health and energy levels, which will affect your rate of weight loss.

Thanks for sharing! I find it hard even with copious calories to fill all of those bars! I know people are saying it’s not sustainable or to rigid but I do think it’s really useful to know how you can fulfill any deficiencies in a low cal diet with mostly whole foods. This is really interesting

I’m all for tracking, but this is excessive, bordering on disordered, particularly since you’re in a 1000+ deficit, which is really not healthy when you’re only eating 1,200 calories.
