    Enjoy the bonus music.

    225 F low & slow for ~6 hours on the grill. Smoked with cherry & apple woods, plus a two hour reverse sear. Finished the lamb at 175F for extra well cooked fall-off-the-bone tender meat.

    First time I’ve done leg of lamb, & this one is a 7.1 lb bone-in short cut. Highly recommended, incredibly tasty.
