The Best Baba Ghanoush Recipe/ Lebanese Eggplant Dip

Welcome back to my channel!!
Today I made Baba ghanoush. It is an eggplant dip origin from Lebanon.
Its so tasty and easy to make.
I am sharing its recipe.

Ingredients:

1 large eggplant or 3 medium size eggplant
1 cup tajini
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
3-4 tbsp lemon juice
3 garlic cloves
1/2 tbsp salt
3 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)

For garnish:

Olive oil , pomegranate & parsley
