Sauce:
-3/4 cup non fat cottage cheese
-splash of milk (maybe 1-2 tsp, depending on how thick you like your sauce!)
-1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
-garlic, black pepper, and salt to taste
βοΈ Blend all that up in a blender!!!
-Cook your favorite pasta (I used Barillaβs protein + for added protein)
-sautΓ©e some broccoli and chicken (if you want! Itβs good without fixings, too!)
!! Put everything together !!
If you opt for chicken, this dish is 50G of protein!!!! And itβs DELICIOUS. (Blending cottage cheese seemed gross to me, too, but itβs honestly so, so good.)

This looks so delicious!! I’ve been looking for recipes that incorporate cottage cheese because I know it’s so good for you, but I hate it lol. I have managed to find a few recipes though that disguise the flavour; this might just do it! π
