1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
1/3 C / 75 g Butter (dairy or vegan)
1/2 C / 100 g Sugar
1 Large Egg / 56 g
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Almond Extract
Icing:
1 3/4 C / 210 g Powdered Sugar
2-3 Tbsp / 32-48 g Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp / 20 g Light Corn Syrup
2 Tbsp / 16 g Cocoa Powder
