Fluffy yogurt cake is perfect light dessert! This cake is very easy to make and it looks delicious!
Prepared with simple ingredients, soft like a cloud. Make it with fresh or frozen berries!
Soufflé yogurt cake without flour.
Ingredients:
4 eggs (room t)
3+1 tablespoons caster sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
400g Greek yogurt (room t)
1 cup frozen berries
1 tablespoon cornstarch
20cm cake tin lined with baking paper
Bake in preheated to 170*C (340*F) oven for 40-45 minutes. Or until ready when checked with toothpick.
Cool in the oven for 30 minutes. Then cool completely at room temperature in cake tin.
