so yesterday I chopped three chicken breasts into cubes put them in a ziploc bag because I always marry everything in Ziploc bags and I added in some olive oil lemon zest lemon juice parsley oregano whatwe vinegar and lots of garlic and then I let marinate overnight so now I’m just gonna thread the chicken cubes on to some skewers so I have these wooden skewers here which I soaked so they don’t burn on the grill I like to soak them in a water bottle for about I think 30 minutes I find it easier than soaking them in a dish where they can float you put the skewers on to the barbecue on medium heat and now I’m just gonna spoon any of the excess marinade it was left over in the bag on to it obviously to this at the beginning because you don’t want to put raw juices over the chicken once I just took them off the girl they took about I’d say 8 to 10 minutes they smell incredible so whenever I’m doing chicken or fish I like to grill some lemon slices as well they’re really pretty garnish and they get really juicy when they’re grilled so you can kind of squeeze some of the juice over top you
