let’s pack a Bento for lunch today I have not white rice but purple rice I’ll sprinkle purple shiso flakes on top just for a little extra flavor don’t worry not everything in this Bento will be purple for the main I’m having this sweet soy sauce glazed chicken with such a tasty sauce it would be a shame to not cook the vegetables in there too those vegetables would be a Lotus root broccoli and carrots I sprinkled some edamami on top Super last minute the more vegetables the better if you want to know how this chicken was made don’t ask me I bought all the ingredients pre-made at the store
