today we’re making surf and turf fajitas on brio’s brand new sear plate i’m gonna start by marinating some skirt steak overnight i’m gonna add a little bit of cola into my marinade that’s gonna give it some sweetness and it’s gonna help us get a nice char cover that up place in the fridge i’m going to do a quick marinade with the shrimp let the marinade for about 20 minutes i’m going to preheat my brio to medium high heat temp and then i’m going to skewer up the shrimp and we’re going to start cooking letting that sear plate heat up i’m going to add the steaks first and then we’re going to add the shrimp flipping the steaks over after a couple of minutes and then flip the shrimp i’m going to add a cast iron skillet right into the middle opening cooking some veggies with my chipotle garlic seasoning once everything is done we’re going to slice it against the grain chop it up pull it off the skewers and then start serving this was so freaking delicious that’s your plate is dope go and check it out you can find this whole recipe at over overthefirecooking.com cheers

Looks amazing but does the brio give your steak or anything you cook on it a smoky flavor because it’s a smokeless pit right so it doesn’t??
