stuffed mushroom hi welcome to Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana Roopa yo today I’m going to show you a starter stuffed mushroom which is stuffed with spinach so let’s go ahead and look at the ingredients 10 to 12 cups of mushrooms 2 cup spinach the stalks of the mushroom are finely chopped 1 cup breadcrumbs 1 onion finely chopped 4 tbsp mozarella cheese 2 tbsp parsley 2 tbsp butter 1 TSP pepper powder 1 green chilli finely chopped 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic 1 tbsp tomato ketchup 1 tbsp Tabasco sauce 1 TSP oregano salt to taste little cooking oil now let’s start making the stuffing first you’ve already cleaned the mushrooms and made them into caps so now let’s start with the stuffing the pan is already on the stove so let’s take some little butter about a tablespoon add a little oil to avoid burning that the butter start melting once it’s melted at the garlic saute add the green chillies again you can avoid the green chilies I like green chillies so I’m putting them if you increase the pepper powder you can go a little low with the green chilies add the onions and saute till it nice and translucent add the stocks which are chopped mushroom will reduce in volume spinach will also reduce in volume so let it go down in volume on high heat add the spinach I’d soar it pepper powder or ya know tomato ketchup Tabasco sauce and give it a nice mix till all the flavors mixed together now to just add a little crispiness to the mushrooms and get this together add little breadcrumbs to do so when you put the mushrooms in the oven for baking the bread crumbs will nicely be crisps and will give a nice coating of crispiness to the mushrooms the stuffing is ready so shut the gas and keep it aside for cooling before stuffing the mushrooms let’s coat them with butter so take the mushroom in a bowl take a little butter and just rub them with butter so they’re nicely glazed when they’re getting baked the stuffing is getting cold and it’s almost ready we start stuffing the mushrooms let’s mix the parsley into the mixture which is already gone cold and ready for stuffing we did not add the parsley earlier because it will retain its green color and the flavor is very fresh before it goes for baking the filling is ready for stuffing so let’s start stuffing the mushrooms take the caps and just stuff the filling into the mushrooms stuffed until they are nice and full with the mixture arrange them on a greased tray which I’ve already greased earlier as I’m preparing the mushrooms I have already preheated the oven at 180 degrees and the mushrooms will get baked for 10 minutes let me fill all the mushrooms and then put them for baking all the mushrooms are filled with the stuffing just top the mushrooms with little mozarella cheese and put them for baking the mushrooms are all ready with the stuffing and the cheese on the top let’s take them in the oven and bake them for 10 minutes at 180 the mushrooms are ready let’s get them out from the oven as you can see the mushrooms are nicely baked to a nice brown color let’s take them out for serving the stuffed mushrooms are ready as you can see you can serve them with tomato ketchup or any source of your choice it’s a very good starter very easy to me and I’m sure you’re going to enjoy it [Music]
