Recipe from last week (week of May 5th). Got sent just red cabbage instead of mixed cole slaw but I don’t mind. Brioche buns (instead of usual potato buns) really helped elevate the dish. The ground pork patties mixed with chicken stock concentrate, panko, pineapple juice — seasoned with salt & pepper — but for some reason still missing some extra zing to really SLAP imo. The sriracha Mayo sauce was a must to bring out that initial bite satisfaction. I can see this being a 5/5 if seasoning for the patties and/or the pineapple + cilantro topping are tweaked some more. Still good 🙏
