Can anyone help me guess the calories in this prawn ceviche, please?
It weighs 975 grams including all of the packaging and limes. Tried googling it but it only brings up calories for the American version which looks different to this UK one. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Pour just the ceviche into a bowl and weigh that. If there isn’t any oil in it I would calculate the calories as whatever the total weight is as just prawns since the calories I’m the small bits of veg will be negligible in comparaison, for reference 975g of shrimp is 692 kcals. If it does have oil in it it become a bit more complicated since there is no way to know how much they used but I would guess 1-2 tablespoons. What is the sause shown?
