Leftovers day for yesterday, but overall tasty 🙂

Breakfast – 321cal – 27g carbs – 41g protein – 5g fat

  • Shrimp, peppers, zucchini, tomatoes and sliced chicken meat
  • 0% yogurt with blueberries and strawberries

Lunch – 363cal – 20g carbs – 46g protein – 10.5g fat

  • Turkey meat with 4% cream, mushrooms and zucchini
  • Peas and carrots
  • 0% yogurt

Dinner – 560cal – 44g carbs – 57g protein – 16g fat

  • Asparagus
  • Chicken with black and white beans and mushrooms
  • Half a mini quiche Lorraine
  • Pickles
  • 1 piece of hazelnut bread
  • 0% yogurt with strawberries 🍓

A bit over 1200 today but worth it ! I hesitated to post this one as it is very similar to yesterday but eh, I’ve taken the pics anyway so 🙂
