Seasoned with Cajun seasoning

Smoked on my pellet grill at 325 degrees till they reached 170 internal

Dunked in bbq sauce and cooked till they reached 182-184 internal

Rested for 10 minutes

    They almost look like ostriches if you put a couple of toothpicks in each on the bottom, but they came out great.

    They look fuggin Amazing! How’d you get the meat to pool up like that at the end of the bone? Is that just how the meat renders if you cook them on end or did you do somethin?? EDIT: I don’t cook a lot of drumsticks..
