NY Strip reverse seared to 110F. Rested while I was prepping the chimney down to 106F and then seared for around 5 min. Final temp hit 135.

    I’d add the sliced steak to my salad & everyone is happy.

    We have that a lot, especially through the summer, a salad with some kind of grilled protein on top. Steak, chicken, salmon, whatever.
