Panera’s strawberry poppyseed salad is the biggest calorie deficit hack – this thing is HUGE, filling, and incredibly low cal.

    This salad is fantastic. I omit the nuts in favor of chicken and get the dressing on the side as it doesn’t really even need it. Great suggestion.

    Panera slaps but honestly I feel suspicious of that calorie count. Maybe it’s accurate with the amount of nuts in the sample picture, but the photo of the one you were given has wayyy more nuts and pecans are so annoyingly caloric 😭 If I were estimating this to log it I’d estimate over 350, because ~30gm pecans is ~200cal just on its own, + 15 for strawbs, 30 for half a mandarin, 25-50 for the ?pineapple (can’t quite eyeball how much of that mass is pineapple vs lettuce), 20 for blueberries, and anywhere from 25-75 per tbsp for poppyseed dressing. Honestly looks worth it though, my mouth is watering!
