Assalamualaikum Friends Welcome Back to My youtube channel I am Gulam rasul Today I am back with a new video In which I will tell you how to make Chicken kabsa in Saudi style What I use I will completely showing you So stay tuned till the end of the video If you like the video then do like share and comment If you are new to the our channel then subscribe to the channel Let’s start the video To make Kabsa Rice, first of all we take three glasses of Basmati rice in a bowl whose weight will be 750 grams. Now first we will clean it properly. After cleaning it properly, We have to leave it soaked for at least half an hour so that when we make rice, this rice will become soft and good. Now we will make a kabsa masala here, for that we have taken a pot here and add half a cup of oil in it. Whose weight will be 125 ml Now let’s heat it well. After that we will add some whole garam masala (cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf, black pepper and a little cumin) to it. Now we have to saute it for 1 minute so that it becomes slightly red. We will fry it for 1 minute, after that we will add chopped three pieces of onion. After adding three pieces of onion chop, now we have to fry it well for 10 minutes. When it turns light brown, see after 10 minutes. After it turns slightly brown, we will add 3 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste. After adding ginger garlic paste, we have to fry it for one to two minutes so that the smell of ginger garlic remains. Once it gets finished, after frying it well for one to two minutes, we will add 250 grams of fresh tomato paste. After adding fresh tomato paste, we add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste to it so that it has the same color. Red color will be good, the color will not get spoiled, add salt as per the taste, add 1 tsp turmeric powder along with it, add 1 tbsp cumin powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp paprika powder of the same. We will also add 2 tbsp Kabsa masala powder. You will get its link in the description box. You can check from there how we make Kabsa masala. Now mix all this well and fry it well for at least 10 to 15 minutes. We have to take it so that the tomatoes and spices are roasted well and the rawness of it is gone, then after roasting it well for 10 to 15 minutes, we will add 1 kg of whole chicken to it . Cut it into one by two pieces with skin. We have used it. You can also use it without skin. After adding the chicken, now fry the chicken well with spices for 10 to 15 minutes. This is so that the smell of the chicken can be eliminated and the chicken is delicious to eat, then we will fry it well for 10 minutes, after that we will add six glasses of water to it. Now we will use six glasses of water here because we have used three glasses of rice was used then double the amount of water to be used, here along with add four pieces of dry lemon, we have used four pieces here and add along with it. We will make five pieces of green chillies. You can add green chillies as per your requirement. You will also add this fresh coriander leaf here. So, after adding all these, let ‘s mix them well first. After mixing it Leave it till it starts boiling. As soon as it starts boiling, dirt will start coming in it, then watch it boil. As bubbles start coming in it, then we take it out and throw it away first so that it is good to eat and it is Delicious for us. Now cover it well. After covering, cook the chicken on medium flame for at least half an hour. See, we have cooked it for half an hour, after that we check how cooked our chicken is. Mashallah Chicken Very good, ours has been cooked, so we take out the chicken on the tray, now we will marinate it, so here in a bowl, we have taken one tablespoon of tomato paste, ready-made tomato paste, which is the sauce that we have made. Add it here so that it becomes a little smooth. Now we have to cook the rice in the remaining sauce. So , we add the soaked rice here to cook it. We will cook the rice in medium flame. We have to cook the rice. We do not have to keep the flame very high. You have to cook the rice in medium flame. As soon as it is cooked for 10 minutes, when it gets cooked properly, our sauce will completely go down. The rice will be fully cooked and after that you have to slow down the flame to medium. After arranging the rice, you have to cover it well here. After covering it with aluminum, let it rest for at least half an hour. For this, we have to let it simmer on slow flame so that the rice becomes soft till our rice is stewed. We will marinate the chicken here for that. Add one piece lemon juice to the sauce that was kept aside so that it becomes a little spicy. Now mix it well. After mixing, add this sauce over the chicken that we had taken out. Let’s take it for grilling so that it gets a little good color and the chicken remains slightly soft and not hard, so now we need to grill it at 180 degree for 15 minutes so that its color is good. If it is good and not too dry, then wait 15 minutes. When it is done, after that I will show you. See, 15 minutes have already passed. Mashallah, it has been grilled so well, it is not too dry and its color is also very nice . Now when half an hour has passed, we will check our rice. Half an hour has passed, so we will check the rice here. Let us show you how cooked it is. Mashallah, see how good the rice has been cooked. This rice is so good, it is open, it has not become too wet and our soft rice is ready. Now we serve it in our plate. If you want, you can serve it in any plate. Let me serve it in my plate. See how well our rice is ready. To prepare the puffed rice in this way, you have to keep the amount of water the same, so you will have to use twice as much water as your rice. If we want to use it, then we have taken out the rice properly here. After taking out, now we add the grilled chicken on top of it. After adding the grilled chicken, we will serve it with spicy tomato chutney. You will get its link in the description box, you can check from there how we make Spice Tomato Chutney. Now we add some garnishing in it, then you can add garnishing as per your choice like we have given green chilli here. Tomato Cherry Tomato, along with this we have also used some nuts here, it has cashew nut raisin and lemon, so in this way you can use anything, you can use your own garnishing here itself, so we have garnished it well here.
