Traditional Lasagne alla Bolognese.
The ragù is made with beef and pork, and some sausage. The sfoglia is green, as per tradition (during the kneading just replace an egg with 150g of cooked and chopped spinach). Besciamella is homemade.
Served during a dinner with friends, great success.
