Berries day! Got a boatload of raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, cherries gifted to me last night so 💃

Breakfast

  • 1 slice of walnut bread with 0% cheese and 1 poached egg
  • 1 chicken sliced meat
  • big bowl of berries and 0% yogurt

Lunch

  • Same as yesterday lunch, turkey, 4% cream, peas and carrots and zucchini
  • big bowl of berries and 0% yogurt

Dinner

  • Green beans with butter and grilled chicken
  • Hearts of palms, pickles and 0% cheese square
  • huuge yogurt bowl with berries

Still thinking about that breakfast 🤌 I should do eggs more often, it was delicious and very filling! Also, getting closer and closer to my goal 👀 feels great, I’ll start doing trial "maintaining days" to understand how much/what I could eat and what works for me 🙂
