Zone 4B/5A – had it in a basement greenhouse under lights, started both from seed, DWC Hydroponic. I brought in a Serrano last year that had a couple of aphids. I didn’t check it because I’m an idiot.

Over the winter I bought probably 2000 ladybugs for a 5x5x6’ greenhouse. I just started seeing ladybug larva about a month ago, maybe ten in all since then. I gave them a fair shot, and helped by squishing tons until my finger were green. I’ve tried insecticidal soap, captain jacks dead bug brew, did them on a cycle, blah blah. I’m so happy to get this shit out and have my greenhouse back.

Hosing it down was better than heroin.

The best thing I’ve ever found (aside from natural predators) for controlling aphids and whiteflys was the BioAdvanced tablets you push into the soil.

Why do you call an indoor tent a greenhouse?

We call this “mosca blanca” when we starting having them, we spray fertilizer on them, this blocks their airway and die. Maybe this could help you!
